Every day we serve a different kind of starch:

- Spaghetti pie - baked spaghetti with vegetables - spaghetti with meat sauce - spaghetti with vegetarian sauce - macaroni pie - vegetarian macaroni
- Cauliflower pie - cristophene pie - moussaka or egg plant pie
- Provision = Yam - dasheen - plogo (local banana) - fig - sweet potatoes
Rice:
- Rice and peas - saffron vegetables rice - creole rice - callaloo rice - seasoning rice - fried rice - mushroom rice
Vegetables:
- Stewed vegetables - steamed vegetables
The Roti
is a traditional Caribbean sandwich or wrap. The roti was brought to the Caribbean by West Indians and became a favourite dish for local people.
The skin or wrap of the roti looks like a pita bread or a crepe-like bread that is stuffed with yellow split peas - and curried meat or vegetables and potatoes.

The Oil Down
The motherland of this meal is Grenada, the spice island.
The name comes from the coconut milk it uses to cook the food and then becomes oil once the food is ready to serve. It consists of different types of salted meat (like pigs tails, snout mix, salted beef, salted fish) provisions and saffron.
